All items sold through Lil Jeffrey are subject to this Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of our products (including limited edition drops, streetwear, CDs, and pre-orders), refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK consumer law.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made or sourced after purchase.

• Pre-orders are non-refundable once production has started

• If production has not started, you may request cancellation by contacting us

• Delivery times for pre-orders are estimates and may vary

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping providers.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Delays outside our control

• Limited edition or made-to-order items (once production begins)

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

To request this:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

• Include your order number

Once approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement item (if available), or

• A full or partial refund

5. Returns

If a return is approved:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned within the timeframe provided

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We will provide return instructions once your request is accepted.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

• Processing time is typically 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or production has started (for pre-orders), it cannot be cancelled.
