We are not responsible for delays outside of our control, but we will always aim to keep customers updated.

Pre-order items will ship once production is complete.

Due to the nature of our products (including limited drops and pre-orders), our refund policy is as follows:

• Pre-orders: Non-refundable once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described

• Physical items: Refunds or replacements are only offered for faulty or incorrect items

• Change of mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind on limited or made-to-order items

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Pre-orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
